Corporate Wellness

Corporate counseling in atlanta GA

The Hardy Clinic has been dedicated to providing wellness in our community since 2018. One of the ways we do so is by facilitating workplace wellness workshops and in-place check ins for your organization. It’s no question that work life comes with a myriad of stressors. According to Forbes, one in 10 workers experience mental health issues due to work. The highest workplace injuries (52%) are related to stress and anxiety. Now more than ever, it is important to bring awareness to, and take action towards, workplace wellness.

What we offer

Tier 1:  Leadership wellness

focuses on equipping managers and executives with the tools and support they need to prioritize their own well-being, setting a positive example for the rest of the organization.

Tier 2: Whole place wellness

focuses on cultivating a workplace environment where employees are equipped with positive coping skills to effectively manage stress and establish a healthy work-life balance.

Tier 3: On-site wellness check-ins

provide personalized support for employees through one-on-one check-ins/consultations with our wellness professionals, addressing specific concerns and providing tailored recommendations for improved well-being.

Where services are offered:

The Hardy Clinic provides concierge services to you and your organization through on-site engagement. We’ll work collaboratively with you to identify a designated meeting space that accommodates workshop participants. Should on-site wellness check-ins be requested for your organization, we will work with you to identify a private meeting space that can be used for one-on-one meetings.

Virtual workshops options are available*

Our company recently partnered with The Hardy Clinic to host an Arts in The Park experience here in Atlanta. THC's dedication is truly commendable, with a group of talented and compassionate women of color at the forefront, tirelessly providing top-notch mental health services. What sets them apart is their visionary approach – collaborating with like-minded woman-owned businesses to create a holistic, therapeutic arts experience that fosters an environment of healing and growth. One aspect that truly stands out is their innovative partnership with wellness coaches who brought a fresh perspective to fitness, showing that self-care goes beyond traditional boundaries. And let's not forget the delectable aspect of their offerings – Amanda's BBQ, which provided a culinary experience that tantalized the taste buds and added an extra layer of comfort to the therapeutic journey. The Hardy Clinic is a shining example of how genuine care, creativity, and collaboration can come together to create a haven of positivity and well-being.

Assigned to a therapist who seemed to be a great fit. However after assuring me during our first visit that she would be there for a long time and making me tell her my entire history of trauma, she quit at the end of our second visit without warning. This is unethical and abusive.

I have been reaching out to schedule an appointment and get information for days. After numerous messages I left and emails, I did receive one, but the problem was not solved. I emailed back asking if the company can accommodate my services and instead of trying to help, they would not serve me because I kept reaching out. Now my telephone number is block now. The owner Brittany is not professional at all. She answered the phone by saying hello. I informed her that I live 9hrs ahead. They were not sensitive to my timing at all. I have done nothing but tried to get help. They are refusing my services and I’m unsure why. They gave me other services to try Therapy for Black girls and check out Psychology Today. So maybe if you need a therapist, check these places out. I should not have to beg for someone to serve me, I felt like I was begging for there help. Maybe they are not good and they know they not good, in which they told me they cannot accommodate me. Why? What I do? What to do?
